Sunrise Residents: How Are We Serving You?
The City of Sunrise is seeking the input of its residents and customers in an effort to enhance customer service. Three surveys - focusing on the Leisure Services Department, the Community Development Department, and the Public Service/Utilities Billing Division - are currently available.
The most convenient way to complete a survey is online. Just visit our Form/Survey page and make your selections.Printed, postcard-size surveys are also available. They can be filled out at one of nine City facilities and dropped into a locked box, or taken home and mailed back to the City free of charge.
